- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆i found pakmail from the fedex website, so not knowing any different I had my wife drop off a fedex package. the fedex website estimate for my package was 68 dollars, but "sam" the manager charged her 96 dollars and blamed an incorrect info on the fedex website for the price difference. I called fedex and they tracked the package and said that it should have only cost me 61 dollars since I overestimated the weight online. my wife specifically asked the manager why the price was different and he said that is the fedex rate. pakmail is third party to fedex and they are a ripoff. they offered me 15 percent off my next order since they ripped me off for 35 dollars and no explanation of why their fedex rate differs from fedex themselves. shippers beware. extremely poor customer service.By Mike smith, November 29, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place sucks, it is the worst business ever. These people are unbelievably slow -- even the smallest of tasks takes them a ridiculous amount of time -- and they are obscenely expensive (e.g. why does it cost $10 to fax a couple pages???). Also, they advertise that they notarize, but that's a lie. I tried, twice, to get something notarized there, and they never had someone there who could do it. The only reason I've ever bothered with this store is because it's just a couple blocks from my house, but I'll never ever go there again.
